Candidate was with Proctor & Gamble for ten years and had a progression of positions: Sales Rep. - District Field Rep. - Unit Mgr. - Unit Mgr. on Special Assignment, resp. for marketing/brand management organization of 4 people - District Sales Mgr., led 25 person sales force w/ annual sales of over $35mm - and finally, Customer Team Leader, responsible for $100mm sales volume and 120+ store retail chain. Possesses B.S. Degree in Marketing from Ball State University, IN - 1982. Current compensation: $110K + 20% bonus.
