Candidate owned a restaurant where he managed 30 people - day-to-day activities. Responsible for marketing, advertising, menu, and purchasing. Candidate has over thirteen years in sales, marketing and management positions for the food and foodservice industry. Possesses a B.S. Degree in Organizational Communication / Business Administration. Candidate’s current compensation: $63K + 40% bonus. Willing to relocate.
